Maintenance Contract @ Singapore Expo
DC Apex Integrators signed a maintenance service contract with Singapore Expo to revamped their Asterisk system operating
120 users with Cisco IP Phones and Redesigned IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Menu with more complex call queues.
The VoIP machine has had safely exposed to the public network with 2 layers of Firewall (inclusive Virtual Private Network)
to prevent DOS Attack and SIP Hijack. These has fulfilled a secured - seamless communication for employees working offsite.

VoIP Integration for Multi-sites support users across 3 centres located at Taman Jurong, Jurong East and Jurong West. The Non-profit
organization now have had fulfilled their requirement for much more concurrent calls using VX-100 tagged with Hoiio Sip Trunking for Zero
monthly Subscription cost.

Lions Befrienders Service Association @ Seven Elderly Centres
We linked this non-profit organization with seven Site to Site VPN Links together with 90 Cisco IP Phones which register back to
HQ (VX-100) for Seamlessly - ZERO cost communication within their infrastructure. Phones deployed for elderly service centres located
at Bukit Merah View, Clementi, Meiling, Ghim Moh, Bendemeer and Ang Mo Kio.
